Pastor
Rev. Dr. David H. Petersen became Pastor of Redeemer Lutheran Church in 2000. He earned a B.S. in History from Central Michigan University. He also earned a Master of Divinity degree, a Master of Sacred Theology, and a Doctor of Ministry from Concordia Theological Seminary in Ft. Wayne. He and his wife Jacqui have three grown children and seven grandchildren. He is a regular guest on Issues, Etc, a contributing editor to Gottesdienst: The Journal of Lutheran Liturgy, where he writes both for the print journal and the blog, and a frequent blogger at the Lutheran Witness
Rev. Dr. Daniel Reuning
Kantor
Since 1987 Rev. Dr. Daniel Reuning has been Kantor at Redeemer Lutheran. After retirement from Concordia Theological Seminary, where he served for 31 years, he founded The Bach Collegium – Fort Wayne and served as its artistic director from 2002 to 2022.
Jane Casey
Secretary
Mrs. Jane Casey has been the secretary at Redeemer Lutheran since June 2009. She and her husband, Colin, moved to Fort Wayne in 2002. For over 20 years most of her energies were devoted to homeschooling their four children and helping support other homeschooling families. She is now a happy grandma of 14.
