Sisters of Mary and Martha at Redeemer Lutheran Church

The life of the Church is not confined to Sunday morning, though it always begins there. From the gifts of Christ in Word and Sacrament, Christians are given to care for one another in the ordinary burdens and callings of daily life. That care often takes the form of conversation, encouragement, and shared wisdom. At Redeemer Lutheran Church in Fort Wayne, the Sisters of Mary and Martha gathering is one small expression of that life together. The next meeting will be Saturday, April 18th, at 9:15 a.m. in the Luther Room.

A Morning Conversation on Health and Family Life

The topic will be health. We will consider health challenges that you or your family members have faced, ideas for working through those difficulties, and practical ways of caring for the well-being of the household. This is not meant to be clinical or technical. It is simply a place for Christian women to speak honestly, listen carefully, and encourage one another.
